Q: Hi, when the steamer is on it is stopping and shutting off it will say hi? Its not full with water . It will just shut off

Ours does the same thing! This is the second one we have ordered because the first one was defective (hood kept falling down on guest's heads). We have used steamers for 8 years in our salon, including previous versions of TASalon's. This design not good at all. Going to return this one, and try one more time!
