they are Gluten Free and are tasty, easy to drain and cook with. GF noodles are hard to come by.

Bought these for my husband to eat as part of his Keto diet. They have no taste and look like translucent worms. Will not be buying again.

This is definitely an alternative to rice, rather than something that is identical to rice. It's taste and texture is different, but I managed to find some good recipes where it works well.

If you want an alternative to rice then this will do the job however the texture isn’t great. Would prefer to eat rice and save on calories elsewhere

Regarding the smell when opened, this is normal smell for kojac products. Rinse well before cooking and the smell disappears
