The clamps it came with are strong and good quality as well.

5" diameter measurement misleading
Ordered this to replace a 5" diameter duct hose for a portable a/c unit. The opening of the hose needs to measure 5" to fit on hard plastic fixtures. This hose is 5" from edge to edge but inside measures 4" and will not work without tearing. Otherwise seems like it would be a fine product.
