Hoover HLEV9LF 9Kg Vented Tumble Dryer in White Sensor NFC C Rated [Energy Class C]

We got this because ours died. Its way too complicated for my liking and it takes forever to dry a load, I might go back to line drying.

It dries most things on a 45 minute cycle and is nice and quiet

This is the worst tumble dryer I have ever bought! My white knight broke so needed a replacement and they are no longer operating.This only rolls in one direction so my clothes come out like a tight rugby ball! They are also still damp as the stupid sensor keeps turning it off even when clothing not dry and you can’t turn the sensor off.It’s over complicated with many settings that are not required - you need on and off, hot or cold!1/2 load can still be damp when removed.The item arrived with a broken foot damaged in delivery then when I asked for a replacement I was told to contact Hoover!Do not buy - I wish I had read the reviews more thoroughly

Only just started using this dryer, it seams to be drying really well and is very simple to load . Has a large drum area so can deal with a good sized washing load. Its probably a good idea to be gentle with opening and closing the door. Its fairly light weight so easy to move.

This is a great machine, and an equally great price for a 9kg model that is effective in operation. I chose a non-condensing model, and I’m glad I did - less to go wrong and simple in operation. Mine is located in a dry outhouse, vented through a window when in use. It’s a very useful thing when the weather is bad. I’d always rather hang washing outside, but when that can’t happen this is a great stand-in. High quality and attractive design, this is a top quality, no frills workhorse from a respected brand. Highly recommended.

The dryer works manually only.The WiFi app doesn't recognise this product so please don't buy it for that.The dryer only really seems to dry when using the XXL setting which is fine for us.Just don't expect an all singing all dancing machine - it's basically an on/off dryer.

Update: it's been nearly 2 years now and I still stand by what I have said, I love itI am really pleased with my purchase.I would definitely recommend this drier to anyone.It is brilliant on any kind of fabrics.I have literally dried everything I have even non drying stuff and it did not affect the fabric in any way.My clothes come out like they have been dried on the line. Some even better. No creases at all.The only problem with this drier is that you need a hole into the wall to connect the vent to the outside.
