This is the best everyday hot sauce in my opinion. The simple ingredients blend perfectly; the lack of vinegar really allows the rich citriusy flavor of the peppers to shine through. Hot enough to satisfy, but not so hot that I can't enjoy a generous helping with nearly every meal.

This is my favorite hot sause. I've been buying it for a lot of years. I get "Thai hot" when I go out for Thai food, to give you my tolerance level. This stuff is way hot but manageable. No where near Thai hot. I won't buy their weaker stuff. They taste great but I want the heat. The best in my opinion. (I'd love your recommendations)

This is my favorite hot sauce of all time and I have tried a lot of them. In fact I didn't like it at first but it grew on me. The appeal is not so much the heat, which is fine (not TOO spicy, in my opinion), but the unique flavor. Literally nothing else compares -- not even the El Yucateco "normal" green habanero hot sauce; "XXXtra Hot" is essential.

This stuff is great on your breakfast burrito gives it a nice spicey flavor

Delicious. I learned about this on a trip to the Yucatán. It’s not surprisingly, horribly hot, not for a chile head certainly. It has kind of a roasted, unique flavor that’s reminiscent of a jungle fire somewhere Quintana Roo. When bought in a packet of six it’s about $2 to $2.50 a bottle, which is to me an excellent price. In the grocery stores they’re like four dollars each.

This is one of the best hot sauces from a bottle. The flavor is exceptional and is great on everything. I add it to Bloody Mary drinks, sauces and dishes. It's great on eggs!
