I am not sure but it works on D batteries and I bought the connectors to connect it the a 120 volt outlet, and my 12 volt power outlet on my boat, and it keeps the minnows alive for a week with no problem.

Q: Does it come with the 12v adapter?

The Frabill Magnum Bait Station is by far the best way to keep live bait. The water does not change temperature not matter how hot or cold it is out side. The unit will arrive with an air pump and the adaptor to plug it into your car. If you decide to plug it in at the house, you will need to purchase the AC adaptor. I would recommend obtaining the AC adaptor at the time of purchase. We enjoy fishing at the piers, and most piers have outlets that you can plug your bait station into to keep the water oxygenated. We have also found another use for our bait station. My son has a 225 gallon saltwater aquarium. We use the bait station to transport fish from the pet store to the home aquarium.

Q: I got the 13 quart, should it have come with a lift out net liner?

Fairly sure mine is the 13 quart. And yes it came with a lift out net liner. The pump failed after the first trip.
