The first order didnt turn up. We were refunded and then the second watch loses time every 12hrs. Changed the battery and its still doing it. Not a good service OR product sorry

This is a cute watch and my 6 year old grandson was thrilled to get it for Easter. The only complaint is that he says the band makes his wrist sweaty.
