I have a Mazda 6 2021 and it fits perfectly! It sits right below the vents and does not obscure anything. Only down fall is that it does not fit a bulky phone case. I have a bulky one that holds cards and needed to buy a slimmer one.

Hatte mir die Halterung für meinen Mazda bestellt. Und wenn man was Passendes sucht und nicht irgendwas Universelles, dann gibt es das nicht wie Sand am Meer. Passgenauigkeit im Fahrzeug perfekt. Wie für den Mazda 6 gemacht. Aber ... Zum Einen, wie auch schon von Anderen beschrieben, klappert das Teil ohne Handy furchtbar. Dann hängt sie direkt vor dem Warnblinkknopf. So kommt man nicht wirklich mehr direkt ran. Und wenn das Handy drin steckt, sollte das Handy nicht zu groß und schwer sein. Denn das ganze wackelt dann schon arg und gnarzt dann auch noch. Also leider raus damit. Ich empfehle hier ganz klar, wenn auch teuer, die Grundhalter von Brodit. Die Dinger sitzen bombenfest. Da wackelt nichts, und die verdecken keine Teile am Armaturenbrett.

I bought my 2021 Mazda 6 a few months ago and I love the car. EXCEPT there was nowhere to put my phone that wasn't a pain in the butt. Looking at where you could even put a phone holder was futile. I couldn't see anywhere that you could put any holders that I'd ever tried or seen for other vehicles. Forget a universal holder. Searching Amazon, I found this holder that was designed expressly for the latest US Mazda 6 version. The reviews were all over the place, so I wasn't sure it it work or not. So, I took a chance and placed my order. I went out this morning to install the holder. This is where I had to ding the company (not the product) by removing one star. The instructions on the box don't even match the holder that's IN the box and you'd have a terrible time trying to figure it out without the instructions. Not that the installation is difficult, but you don't even know where to start without them. Thankfully, I remember there was a short video on installation in the product description on Amazon. Once I saw what to do it only took a couple of seconds. All in all, if you have a new model (2018-2021) Mazda 6, this phone holder will be a must buy. It's absolutely perfect.
