So this chair is not perfect but for its price it is decent and the experience I had with its 3 year warranty promise at no extra cost has been top notch!I could have given this chair 5 stars however the chair has minor finishing issues, the seat back is naturally inclined hence when I am working I don’t have back support when I sit upright. I wish the seat back could allow for a close to 90 degree seating position from the get go with an option to incline it as per individual needs. Tbh I got this for work and this design is not perfect for my requirement but it’s not necessarily a deal breaker specially when you are in the market for a budget friendly chair that looks good!I hope the chair lasts beyond the 3 year warranty period because even before the first year ended, the chair tilt attachment mechanism developed a crack which made the chair unsafe to use. Thankfully as I mentioned at the very beginning, my experience with the seller was beyond expectations and I was sent a replacement attachment within 2-3 days at no extra cost. The seller was in touch via WhatsApp and I was shared the tracking code as well as diy videos. The 4 star rating I gave includes the 1 extra star for after sales service.Overall the chair is good looking, comfortable (not perfect for work if you want to sit upright but manageable) the hydraulic works perfect, reclining works as expected. The Center of gravity is perfect and the chair is very stable. The wheels work great too and are of good quality. The cushioning and the stiching is still perfect. And finally the seller is awesome providing genuine and reliable after sales service.I recommend this product!

This chair is perfect for long hours of work. The cushioning is spacious and comfortable, and the leatherette finish gives it a premium look. The metal base feels solid, and the ergonomic design provides great back support. Definitely worth the purchase!

Very good product, packing was very sturdy and packet was handled carefully, No damages. Chair is highly comfortable, user manual is great and very helpful. It’s so easy to assemble the chair. Looks are also on point. If looking an office chair it’s a good choice, Don’t wait go for it!!

Good product, easy setup and comfortable

Good chair but Amazon has completely disappointed me with the installation thing. I had booked it along with chair but the executive never showed up and I ended up getting it installed by myself after keeping that chair in box for a week. But product wise, chair is good, easy installation, good quality and value for money.
