Q: Does it have a realistic interior?

For a toy it's pretty realistic inside with a floor plan similar to many class C motorhomes I've been in. Unfortunately, everything (bed, cabinets, stove, dinette, etc.) was in reddish brown plastic. The interior is only visible by looking thru the windows.

Only if you shove it in there. You would not be able to play with the camper. I returned ours. i wouldn't waste your money.
