The mace is well built and properly weighed. The handle portion is overly thick, most likely to balance the weight of the head appropriately. This isn’t an issue if the mace is used with a two handed grip, but can be challenging for people with smaller hands if the mace is used one handed. The overall quality and coating is good and has held up so far.

It was too big for me and heavy and I believe it’s best for men due to their natural upper body strength. For women they must go as light as possible not to get injured and have more control.

Great item for strength training. You can do any exercise with this item that you can do with barbells and dumb bells. I recommend purchasing a training book to learn how to use the mace bell properly and also follow professional trainers in the use of the mace bell. Best exercise equipment I ever bought.

I got the 15 lb mace for my son, and he loves it. The steel has that solid, smooth, matte feel to it — heavy in a good way, with a handle that has enough grip without feeling rough. He said it feels balanced when he swings it, and the weight sits perfectly toward the end, which gives that real rotational strength feel. He ended up liking it so much that he’s already upgraded twice to heavier ones. This one held up great, no chipping or loose spots, and he still grabs it for warmups. Durable, well made, and clearly something he got a lot of use out of.

Los últimos 20cm y en la mitad de la barra, esta estriada para tener un mejor agarre, es decir, que se tomaron las molestias de hacer material de entrenamiento con una buena terminación. ✅ Vino embalado el paquete perfectamente para no ser dañado.
