This a don't buy item.
Skytech Gaming Co. refused to replace a damaged graphic card which is still under warranty, because it was 4 days passed the 30 days return policy. Amazon also refused to assist in this matter, again because it was outside the A-Z guarantee. The reason I urge you not to purchase this item is Skytech Gaming Co. is rated F by the Better Business Bureau and Amazon still allowing them to sell on their website. Someone would have assume that Amazon is not vetting who is selling on their website. I hope this comment helps someone else in the future.

Amazing performance, and incredible (but HOT) GTX 3070 GPU!
Blows away my old gaming PC for performance. Can easily hit 100+ FPS on very demanding games at high/ultra settings. However, even with 3 fans running at 90% capacity, it still gets very hot! The 3070 card is running at 70-80+ Celcius at times. The outer case even gets hot on this thing, but I barely even hear the fans even at near max speed. Very quiet system, with a large heat sink. So I believe it will be just fine even with the higher temperatures. As far as first impressions go, I am blown away by this PC. The build quality is fantastic as well from Skytech. Wires are wrapped up nicely and where they should be. Plenty of breathing room for the parts inside. Very well maintained from a builder's perspective. No hanging wires or anything like that you'd see from other pre-built PC's!I have had two errors that restarted my system when setting it up. But I believe those were due to outdated drivers and such. Will update if anything goes wrong later on down the road. But so far, this was a steal at $1600 on sale for the Ryzen 5 3600 + GTX 3070 combo! Thanks a ton Skytech, you guys are awesome!

I should have built my own
The computer is very pretty, but that seems to be it's sole virtue. Initially I only used the machine for VR gaming (Index), and then only for a few hours on the weekends. It seemed fine.As soon as I tried to do more with this machine, fundamental OS errors arose. I begrudgingly decided to do a wipe an reinstall. I couldn't even copy and paste (be it via ctrl+C/V or mouse). However, the installed copy of Windows is not capable of being backed up. Files are missing. I can't even create a new restore point. The computer did not come with a flash drive, or any other way to fix the OS.Also, the bios is boot priority is set to hard drive first. Ugh. Come on! At least have a USB port activated first!I will now have to buy a unique copy of Windows, and use it to wipe and reinstall, after, of course, fixing my bios boot priority.I am disgusted. I am just a hobbyist. I should not be more dedicated to best practices in computing than the professionals making and selling these products.Y'all made the wrong choice every step of the way. Appalling.

Unresponsive Product Support
I purchased this PC on 11/27/2022 as an Xmas gift for my son. The PC worked great for a few days, then began failing with repeated BSOD errors. I was able to isolate the issue to a faulty memory stick. I removed the bad memory stick, and PC has been operating well since - though with only half the available RAM.I contacted Skytech support via email on 1/1/2023 to request a replacement memory stick, and have yet to receive a reply. I don't blame Skytech for the faulty RAM, as these things can happen; However I do blame them for poor customer service. The only response I've received has been the canned email indicating my support request was received and that "it may take up to 2-3 business days for an agent to be able to send a reply to your email". The reply has yet to come...TLDR: This would be a 5 star review if not for poor support by the manufacturer.Update 3/8/2023: I was contacted by support a few weeks back who have worked with me to get replacement parts, and to ship back the failing part. I bumped the review from 1 to 3 stars, as the support staff was helpful and responsive after they began working the case. The replacement parts are working as expected without issues, and now PC has been performing great. My only complaint is the length of time it took to get support.
