Love the fine texture of this sweetener
Great texture, finer than most erythritol sweeteners. Good flavor, great for baking, doesn't clump while stored. I used to use a very popular sweetener blend but they changed the formula and added allulose to it. It would clump up into a solid mess that I had to beat with a meat mallet to use. Plus cookies won't get crispy if you add allulose to erythritol. This is a great replacement for that product.

Tastes like sugar
I'm on my 2nd order of this sweetener. Can't tell the difference between this sweetener and sugar..... unless too much is used then the taste of the Monk Fruit is more dominant but the flavour, again, was delicious. My husband and i prefer this over other Monk Fruit sweeteners. Enjoy.

No aftertaste just an exactly 1 to 1 sugar replacement. Downfall for this product will be its cost. Very expensive compared to sugar. 4lb bag of sugar is $8.48 and this is the cheapest price I've found on Amazon at $29.99 almost 4 times the price. However, it is the only sugar substitute I have found on the market today that taste and is used in exactly the same way as sugar is.
