Wetsuit for your Tootsies
The media could not be loaded. These work great! I have a neurological condition and love to swim in the ocean, but the cold Atlantic water near me in Massachusetts can feel brutal, especially on my feet. The rest of my body seems to acclimate, but my feet burn the whole time (cold burn, if you know what I mean). I bought these knowing I'd be submerging them, so a little water would probably get in. I got the taller socks for this reason. Like another reviewer said, any water that gets in is warmed up by your body heat like a wetsuit, since the inside is neoprene. You can see in my video that barely any water got in.Not only did they stay almost dry, they were very comfortable. I'm a bigger person and the top of the sock fit closely but not tightly. They were not uncomfortable at all, and I'm about as sensitive as you can be to tightness, sharpness, elastic, dyes ... none of these issues happened with these socks. They did have a little extra material at the toe, like someone else mentioned. I think they are true to size, but if you really don't like that I would say go one size down. They are roomy. I enjoyed the cushioning effect when paired with my water sneakers, which protect me from rocks in the sand. For someone like me, comfort can be hard to find and it really wears on me. The beach is my favorite place, and these help make it more comfortable. If you live with pain, you know how big a difference the right product can make.FYI: Laundry instructions - wash, then hang to dry.I could not have been more comfortable and was SO happy with my purchase. I'd recommend them for any water sports or hiking, or if you're just like me, being more comfortable at the beach.

Waterproof socks that work.
Socks work great. Early morning scorer for a big golf tournament. Very wet grass. Wore light weight breathable shoes. My shoes were soaked and my feet stayed dry! And the socks are comfortable too! Highly recommend!

Randy Sun low cut socks
They are as advertised, waterproof but be aware not totally water resistant. If you stepped in a puddle of water walking, your good. If you were to submerge your foot in water for a period of time then your foot gets wet. Also be aware to turn inside out when you wash/dry them then turn back out as the outside will be a little damp, I usually air dry or toss back ini dryer for a few minutes.Good quality product for some foot protection. Good for diabetics like me that protect your foot from germs say walking around inside your house or outside on your porch/deck. Best to be safe!

Dry Feet Even With Wet Sneakers
Expensive but they WORK! I wear mesh sneakers and work outside in a garden center, so my shoes are always soaking wet from watering/puddles. My feet stay 100% dry! They aren't bulky and are comfortable. I usually get 2 wears out of them before they get icky.

THESE REALLY WORK!!
I just hiked to the top of Mt. Baldy, yesterday Monday November 9th, and it was about 30-40 degrees with about 6 inches of fresh snow from the weekend. We left in the early afternoon, got to the summit at sunset and walked down with headlamps. So...it was very very cold and the trail was mostly snow but also had some slushy parts and some running water. I only have Saucony Trail runners so I ordered these socks (and microspikes) last week when the snow was predicted. I was a bit skeptical that these would work and be comfortable and THEY WERE AMAZING!! MY FEET WERE NEVER COLD AND NEVER FELT WET!! I DID NOT GET ONE BLISTER!! I CANNOT RECOMMEND THESE ENOUGH!! In my opinion every hiker should have at least one pair of these for those rainy or snowy hikes. They keep your feet so comfortable and warm. As per some other reviews they are a bit thick, so keep that in mind.I LOVE THESE SOCKS!!

NOT WATERPROOF HELL NO!
I don't know what type of magic water people are stepping in, but these socks ARE NOT WATERPROOF. I used them once, and they were soaking wet. I see reviews of people walking through a stream. You must be levitating over the water because there is no way in hell these are waterproof.

Great socks for wet hiking
Great pair of normal looking socks lined with thin neoprene layer. The sock is waterproof, but water can get in the same hole your foot enters when you put them on. Like a wet suit, any water that does get in will be trapped and warmed by your body so your feet don't get cold. I just used them, cold day and very cold water. My feet stayed very dry overall, but when I waded into the lake too deep I could feel some minimal water getting in from the top. Hours later after multiple forays into shallow water, my feet were not 100% dry, but there were still warm and felt great. Beware, one of the questions answered says you get '4 pairs'. My wife and I ordered two (thinking 4 pairs each) and we got only 1 pair each. We are very disappointed!

Kept my feet dry in the wet snow!
I bought these socks for an upcoming marathon that looked like it was going to be rainy. It ended up being sunny and beautiful, so I saved them for wet snowy runs. That was this morning. It was cold wet slushy snow on my 8 mile run and I accidentally stepped in a few slushy puddles along the route. These socks were perfect! My feet tend to get cold easily and so in the 30 degree temps this morning I wore a pair of wool socks under these waterproof ones and it was perfect. You can see the wool socks and my feet stayed nice and dry!
