It was a Christmas present for my mother and she loves it she's getting older and sometimes forgets her phone this helps her see texts, calls, keeps track of her steps and blood pressure

Noticed battery runs low reasonably fast with all the background it does. Overall, no scratches, marks, whatever. Works fine. Band is fairly long for a larger wrist person. Satisfied. If I notice any concerns less than 30 days to return, I'll be returning it. Hopefully we don't come to that.

This watch really is amazing. No problems with the battery life at all, it lasts about a day 1/2 without fail. Great features and functionality all around. I will say just as a warning to anyone buying one. The first day or 2 it will be sitting on the charger more than your wrist. There are tons of updates you have to do when you forst set it up. Don't let that stop ya though, you should absolutely buy one!

I was hesitant on purchasing something not new. I have decided to make to switch from fitbit to smart watch and this was my choice because the size isn't too big and is perfect for those with smaller wrists. Mine arrived in a plain unmarked box. Upon opening there was 2 little plastic sleeves. 1 with the watch face and the other with the watch band and charger chord. Mine had a few tiny scratches around the watch face but not overly noticeable when you put a screen protector on. My only complaint is the battery life. It doesn't last that long. I'm charging it 1x sometimes 2x a day and I don't use it for calls just notifications, the time, step counting and heart/sleep monitoring. You can customize the settings and appearance. This little thing had a surprisingly good amount of storage space for what it is. For the price for "referb" it's worth it!

The cute little watch truly is amazing for what generation it is, It is made of a durable material so it can take a couple of bangs without breaking. You can accept and decline calls, and read texts. The battery life is almost 2 days and there are many bands you can buy for customization.

I'm perplexed by the setup process of this watch. When selecting my country or region during setup, I was surprised to find that the United States wasn't listed. It's frustrating that a device sold in the US would lack compatibility for its own market. Additionally, the absence of a charger feels like a letdown and an inconvenience. Also, the watch says it’s a Samsung watch 5 but the box says it’s a 4?? I purchased this as a birthday gift for my mother, but now I have to return it due to these issues

So the first watch I received was not working and I had to send it back. I actually bought some additional bands for the watch at the time. I received the replacement and it worked perfectly. No issues at all. I just ran the updates on it and everything is great. The customer service was quick and overall very good. I would buy another product from the seller again.

He utilizado mi reloj durante casi medio año y no he tenido ningún inconveniente. Cuando recién llegó creí que tendría que devolverlo porque estaba bastante lento pero sólo necesitaba actualizaciones. El dispositivo se ha vuelto parte de mi vida diaria, lo utilizo para todo, en cuestiones de medición de ejercicio y todo lo relacionado a salud y bienestar es excelente en conjunto con la App de Samsung Healt. Recomendado.

Use it every day

No viene en la caja original, viene en una caja de cartón. Hasta el momento ha funcionado correctamente y sin fallas. La estética es 9/10 ya qué trae unos ralloncitos, pero muy leves. Por el costo me parece una excelente compra. Me gusto mi reloj.

La batería le dura 4 horas o menos, se calienta demasiado al cargarlo y de vez en cuando me daba un pantallazo rojo, no recomiendo, pediré un rembolso

Se ajusta al precio, esteticamente un detalle de uso, pero minimo. Lo que si no me gusto es que la pila no le dura, imagino un 70% de rendimiento. Lo cargo por las mañanas y por la tarde noche, para usarlo al dormir.
