After trying another brand and having a failure I thought I'd try again. I found a forum where a few repairers reccomended SNSYIY batteries.I was hopeful as soon as I saw the package. Very neat. The battery looked good and even came with a battery daughter board cable preinstalled. If you've tried to replace one of these tiny cables you'll know how helpful that is. Great inclusions came with the battery and the ahesive pads were nice and big, not little strips.Overall a very thoughtful professional package.I installed it without much fuss. It fit perfectly.I booted it up and charge was at around 50% and showed 100% capacity. Coconut battery recognized all of the batteries information.I'm am very pleased with the result.

The battery replacement took me about an hour. I used multiple references, including the install video included in this product page. The original battery removal took the most time as it was adhered to the frame, but with patience & guidance, you too may be able to successfully remove the original battery. Upon installation and doing quick tests to verify operation, I re-opened the backplate of the computer to secure the new battery more permanently. After securing the battery and verifying installation, I carefully reassembled the back of the computer with care to use the correct fasteners for correct fitment.The computer has recognized the battery & manufacturer in the computer hardware info page, and shows the battery has only been charged once. The battery settings now display no concerns with the battery performance or age.I will continue to monitor the performance of the battery and will edit the review if any concerns arise, but as of now, this product appears to be a stellar value.5 stars

Battery worked great at first. Wasn’t too bad to install but I haven’t even had it for 4 months and it won’t hold a charge. I charge it to 100% and it’s dead within 20 minutes of unplugging it. Don’t waste your time or money.

I bought this one because of the return policy because I wasn't sure if it was the right one. Fortunately it was. I appears that someone returned the one that was sent to me because the tools had been used but the battery was still unwrapped. I was more successful than the previous recipient and the battery is working great.

Perfect fit. Now everything works.Not difficult. Way cheaper than the $250 the store wanted to replace the battery. I’m so proud of myself.

Came beautifully packaged with good instructions and all required tools. Were also proactive in identifying potential connection issue with Webcam, explaining how to fix using a brush that was included. It's hard to provide parts like this for complex repairs, and these guys really stand out.

price on black friday was awesome, kit got to destinatiion on time, part has o e m fit, and its an " everything" kit down to tools for proper install.

Great value. Brought life into an otherwise broken laptop. Macbook had a swollen battery so bad track pad would not click. Replaced with this and works.Would recommend purchasing some adhesive remover, it helps when taking out the existing batteryUpdate after 3 months of use the laptop will be fully charged and plugged into power. When unplugging and on a full battery it will randomly completely shutoff without warning
