KOR Aura BPA Free Water Bottle

There was obviously some thought put into the design of this bottle. The product description tag is attached with a knot similar to the type used to tie tassels to bookmarks - the name eludes me - and very easy to remove without having to get scissors out (compare this to the standard awful pieces of plastic that attach tags to clothes and such). An earlier reviewer complained about the sticker on the front leaving residue when removed, and my sticker did leave some too, but it was barely noticeable and will come out with a bit of light scrubbing.The glitzy marketing might have affected my impression of it, but I do like how clean it looks, especially next to the standard ugly Nalgenes and Camelbaks my peers use. While sleek, it really isn't quite as pretty as it seems in the picture. In particular, the lighting on the product photo makes it seem as though there is a gradient on the plastic, but really it's just a uniform color; the plastic is also your completely clear standard plastic, not frosted, as the photo might seem to suggest. It's not a bottle you would look at twice, but it's far from an eyesore.The only problem I have noticed so far has been that if you don't screw the cap on absolutely tightly, and then invert the bottle so that water rushes to the top, some water might stay in that chamber and spill all over you when you open the bottle. The rubber seal in the cap has also fallen off once, but I was able to press it back in very easily. I have had it for about a week, and put water, lemons, honey water and hot tea in it, with no discoloration, smells or other trouble so far.

These are pretty much the perfect size. I hate huge water bottles that don't fit in cup holders. I really love that the handle on top means I can carry this without getting my hands all wet - that seems like a weird thing to care about but these bottles are just really ergonomic. When I walk into the gym I can carry my phone, headphones and bottle all in one hand. The opening at the top is smooth - not sharp molded plastic. I really dislike drinking from spouts or those rubbery straws which slow down the process and are breeding grounds for germs. This is a simple design but a really great one. It's exactly what I wanted in a water bottle.

A beautiful and functional water bottle. My wife makes fun of me for all the water bottles I have; until she saw this one and wanted one for herself. I have a Nalgene 32oz I use at work, two Camelbak bike water bottles, but I wanted a particular one for our upcoming trip to Europe. It needed to be lightweight with a lid that won't leak and the right length and volume for our carry on luggage. Lot's of bottles meet this requirement, but none with the same look and feel as this KOR. The unique lid really makes it easy to drink, no spilling like the wide mouth bottles. It does not leak, if you make sure the lid is on secure as other reviewers have mentioned. Easy to clean and the rubber stopper in the lid only came loose once when I had ice in the bottle. Not a big deal and helpful for a good cleaning down the road. If you want a great looking, easy to hold and drink from water bottle, you won't be disappointed wth this KOR.

I'm so conflicted about this water bottle because I love the design, the considerate drinkable lip design, the color, the durability, the handle, perfect size, etc.BUT I don't know if it's a poor seal/design, or I just happened to get a flawed product, but if I fill this bottle more than 75% and walk around with the water naturally sloshing around, which is what you do with bottle like these, when I open it, water will have collected underneath the cap and spill everywhere the moment I unscrew it.I tried screwing the cap tight, thinking it was my fault, but nope. Fill it up 75%, walk around with it in a bag, unscrew cap and the water trapped underneath splashes over my shoes and pants. It's embarrassing because I use this bottle in a professional office environment...and I splash water all over the floor.I don't know how to continue using this, even though I love the bottle's design.

I must have dropped it about a million times and it doesn't care. It just keeps on keeping my water all nicely and cleanly. I wanted one that was easy to hand wash (as in no straws) and this is it. The opening isn't wide mouth. Nobody is getting their hand in there with a sponge, so I use a baby bottle cleaner on it. It works great.

I've also tried the Nalgene Tritan 1 quart Narrow Mouth bottle and it also smells. It might be time to go glass.

The bottle feels great on your lips and it's a great bottle overall. There's still kind of a smell from the lid, I'm guessing due to the rubber seal. I've had it for a couple weeks and it hasn't gone away. I got the 750 ml and regret it because I keep it in my backpacket water bottle pocket and it's really tall so it slips out. The 500 ml would be better for you if you're like me. Other than that, I don't regret buying the bottle, just wish the smell would go away. I've washed it many times with soap but no luck.

This is working great so far!It does not leak or unscrew itself, and I do carry it around in my handbag.The only issue with it -I would say- is that, when not in use and empty, it is best to keep it opened so it can dry. The first weeks, despite washing it regularly, it would strongly smell of mold. Since I leave it to aerate and dry when not in use, it's completely stopped smelling.

Chic looking and the lit is firm!

This water bottle looks really cool and it's really lightweight, which is nice. Also, the big handle on the lid is a plus and it's easy to wash.However, the design of the inside of the lid is horrible. If the bottle falls over at all, water seeps into the lid and it doesn't leak out, but it will spray water on you and dribble down the bottle and onto you as soon as you open it. A surprisingly large amount of water, every time. I don't use this bottle anymore because of this problem.

Die Flasche ist echt gut, verfügt über eine schöne große Öffung und ist BPA-frei und ein absoluter Hingucker. Insgesamt ist ist also alles super.Dumm ist, falls man aus irgend einem Grund den Dichtgummi des Deckels verliert (und das ist nach mehrmaliger Reinigung der Flasche nicht so unwahrscheinlich). Eine Ersatzteilbeschaffung ist wohl eigentlich nicht vorgesehen. Ich habe mich an den Vetreiber gewendet (Sitz in der Schweiz). Der Kundendienstler wahr wirklich sehr bemüht, musste sich aber auch erstmal schlau machen. Ich habe dann nach einiger Zeit auch Ersatz bekommen. Es ging hier wohl gemerkt nur um den Gummiring; dafür habe ich inkl. Versand 8,-€ bezahlt!In Zukunft werde ich mich an Sigg-Produkte halten, da hier die Ersatzteilbeschaffung absolut problemlos läuft.
