This was a reorder and continues to be a part of my daily OTC support.

Capsules are on the somewhat large size; however, I take them with another large capsule at the same time and I don't have any trouble. They have no taste and I've used them for quite sometime and I know they help me as I have Psoriatic Arthritis and when I have to stop them for surgeries, I then know they were working for me and start them back up right away as the arthritis rears its ugly head if I miss them for very long. That's the way I found out that they really work for me as when I first was just taking them I wondered if they were working for me but I sure found out that they were! This has happened on several occasions so thought I would share that with you as I feel anything natural is better than loading up on medicine and these definitely work. They are worth the money.

My Physician recommended I take Flax seed oil to help my arthritic joints. I have one shoulder replaced already, but don't want to go through another joint replacement surgery. I have been struggling with daily severe pain, especially in the shoulder that has no cartilage left. So it is bone on bone and quite painful. I started taking these capsules and about 4 weeks in, am noticing some improvement. I assume that months from now, it will improve even more. I can't expect to ever be pain free again, but these capsules really have helped thus far.

I have been using this product for many months now, probably more than a year really, and I notice that my fingernails are noticeably stronger. I believe, too, that my skin and hair are benefiting. It does costs a bit more but the quality is worth the price in my opinion. I only buy organic.

I thought I had just ordered a larger size bottle of what is advertised as Organic. After receiving the product I noticed different packaging. Need to pay closer attention to these slick sellers!!~
