WAY too big.
Cool hat. Looks better in person!That said, it's WAY too big. I measured my head and fell comfortably into the XL size. When I received it, it proved WAY too big. Returned and re-ordered in a L and waiting for that to be delivered. I'll try to update with that sizing.**Update** Large was too big as well. Re-checked measurements. If ordering, I’d start with a smaller size if close.The hat looked great from the outside, but the lining on the inside was pulling up at the front and back. Minor issue, but it was noticeable.Packing (via Amazon) was poor. Sent in a box that was too small for the hat, and arrived crumpled. The packaging was better than the last hat I ordered that was just thrown into a bag and mailed - but for a $50 hat, I expected better packaging.

Very nice quality hat for the money; nice to find a 7-3/4 size hat
I got the XXL version of this hat to fit my massive (7-3/4) noggin, and I'm glad I did. It was too large out of the box, but after suffering years of having the blood flow to my head cut off (which I blame, rightly or wrongly but definitely conveniently, for my baldness) I would much prefer having a too large rather than too small hat. I got some hat sizing tape from Amazon and voila, now the hat fits perfectly. It looks good, exactly as pictured. It came to me in a box and was ready to wear right out of the box.

wonderful hat... smashed
Whoever pack this hat in a box with other heavy stuff messed up. the hat was smashed up badly and misshaped. it took 30 minutes to reshape it and i am not sure that will fix things, but ill keep trying before sending it back.

Good hat, bad shipping
The hat looks wonderful, but fits a bit larger than I expected. Also, shipping could be better as the hat was thoroughly smashed upon arrival.
