It’s great, not too bulky and just right for our corner!

I really like this coat hanger / shoe rack. It's perfect for what I need. I have a small space but need to be able to hang lots of coats/sweaters and need space for 6-9 pairs of shoes. This fits the bill. The quality is an 8 out of 10 I'd say - not the sturdiest but not the least sturdy. In the end, I'm really happy with the purchase but, admittedly, I do think it was way overpriced and have found myself not wanting to tell people what I paid for it.

This coat/shoe rack was exactly what I was looking for. It was delivered in the desired timeframe which is always a good sign/start. I read the reviews first and kept reading that this item is easier to put together with 2 people and I agree. Took me and one other person probably about 15-20 minutes to put it together. The only downfall is that there is only 1 Allen wrench but luckily, I had another Allen wrench that was the same size so we could both tighten the bolts at the same time.I was initially worried about putting it in the hallway because I was afraid it would take up a lot of space but it doesn’t take up as much space as I thought. It’s very functional. My 2 year old cant get her coat down by herself because the bottom hook is still a little too high for her. She doesn’t attempt to take her coat form so I’m not worried about it tipping over. With other coats and shoes on there, I have to use a decent amount of force to try to tip the rack over. But if you have rambunctious children, I would say get some anchors for it to be on the safe side.I am completely satisfied with my purchase and I am expecting this rack to last a long time.

I bought this back in 2017 and just realized that I forgot to write a raving review for it! I like to actually use the products I purchase so I can give as accurate a review as possible, but my apologies for taking 3 years! I purchased this coat rack for the entryway in our rented townhouse where space is minimal, and it was easy to install, sturdy (even with 2 coats per hook), and we have even moved with it and it held up beautifully! No wobble at all, so that in itself makes it worth the purchase, and I just can't say enough about it! If you need a good, sturdy coat rack that won't cost you an arm and a leg, then this one is the one to get!

This coat rack seems expensive for the quality and overall look. The box and pieces arrived just fine, however when I assembled it, the black coating easily scraped off and it was hard to connect the top two pieces because the metal pipes were bent. After a lot of struggling and a few cusswords, I got the pieces to snap into each other and assembled the rest without too much of a hassle. After finishing, I was surprised how light it was, and didn't think it would hold much. I put my family's shoes, hats, coats, and backpacks on the rack and its holding up just fine.Overall impressions:It looks cheap and is a pain to assemble BUT it is sturdy and has plenty of room for your items.*UPDATE*The customer service department reached out to me after my complaint over the quality and assembly and I was very pleased with their service and quick response. I appreciated communicating with a responsive team and their overall goal of improving and making their customers satisfied.
