Very potent! A tiny bit goes a very long way.
I like to use these menthol crystals in my bath, when I am sore or having breathing issues. But be cautious--you only need a tiny bit of one crystal. They are very potent, and will give a strong cooling/tingling effect on your skin, as well as the familiar methol vapors.Overall a very good product. Five stars!

Be prepared to be blown away with this amazing scent. I received this product in a timely manner, and it was packaged appropriately. I couldn't wait to try out my new menthol crystals. I melted a small amount in a glass bowl and added the liquid to the pain relief salve I prepared. I am blown away by how strong the menthol is. Plant Guru is amazing. I brought the menthol crystals to add to my recipe for the salve and it worked great. My salve is very strong and minty. I used it on my back and knees, then placed a heating pad on my back and the pain went away. I absolutely love this product. My friends and family wants to try it out as well. I will make samples for them. I highly recommend Plant Guru Menthol Crystals for your homemade products. I can't wait to order my next one.

Love it!
Love these crystals! I mainly use them in my back salve. However I have discovered that they work great for repelling ants! I no longer have them coming into my house! Yay! And I love that they are also food grade.

Highly Effective
I am sooooo happy I purchased this before reading previous reviews. I found this product to be very effective. I placed a cup with a little water in the Microwave for about 1.5 min. (To create steam) and put about 3-5 crystals in the water. (A little goes a long way). I didn't even have to put my nose that close to the cup before this stuff started opening me up. Those that reported that their product was weak or came caked up must have gotten a bad batch because this batch is "all that!"👍🏾
