Value for money
Too good! Even after 2 rounds of pouring hot water, the decoction is still thick in consistency.

Good quality
Extremely good coffee especially Flavour and thickness. Very Nicely powdered, unlike Cothas and other coffee powders. Therefore coffee decoction is thick and aromatic. Thanks kumbakonam coffee and to Amazon for reaching it to my home.

Very good
The product was very good and aroma was also very nice. But I was not satisfied with the concern delivery person. He did call or even intimate us about the delivery. Even though we were at home the door bell was not rung and he left the package at the doorstep without any intimation. When I opened the door little later I found the package at the doorstep

Underwhelming and disappointing
The reason I've rated this coffee so poorly is because this is my first brush with the famous 'Kumbakonam degree' coffee. So far, I have had coffee produced in Karnataka such as Jayanthi & Panduranga and the usual run of the mill Bru Green label. Upon drawing comparisons with the above, the Kumbakonam coffee has been an enormous disappointment. The coffee is strong no doubt, owing to its double roast but lacks nearly any kind of flavour and aroma- and I have tried different amounts of coffee powder and a variety of brewing techniques. Nothing seems to work. The coffee is ground too fine for it brew properly in any regular percolator / moka pot / French press jug. Even the cheap Green Label by Bru fares a lot better than this one; and offers far greater value for money along with Jayanthi and Panduranga. This isn't going to stop me from trying Kumbakonam coffee by other manufacturers but I'm going to steer clear of this one next time and I advise others to avoid this coffee.

Authentic taste when brewed in French press.
Rich flavour. Not too thin, not weak like Cothas. Not cheap but good quality.I've been buying regularly for one year now.
