Good, sturdy insoles. I wear these inside my boots that are slightly large for me and they make the boots really snug and comfortable. The insoles support my feet well.

These work an absolute treat. I was a bit dubious because in the picture they look quite thick. I also thought I might have to cut them to size but they fit perfectly into my size 5 shoe and not too thick either. They appear to be working in reducing my heel pain when I walk.

Great quality, the arch support is effective, if the thickness of the insoles goes down a little to drastically as you get to where the ball of your foot sits. A thicker consistency would have been marginally better. Fits well and easy to adjust

These are great! I was going to buy some trainers with arch fit support but I chose to try these insoles first. I’m not sure I had high hopes that they would work but they really do! I bought 2 pairs so have one pair in my trainers and another in some boots. Both pairs are so much more comfortable and I’m not getting the pain I had in my toes and the sole of my feet 👍

They give you support where you need it, the size was accurate, the thickness was spot on i wear mine in my work shoe It eases the pain, very effective and durability
