Necklace arrived broken
This necklace would have been perfect but the chain arrived broken. How do you package up something knowing it was broken and you seal it up in a nice package as if nothing is wrong. Very disappointed. This was a gift.

Broken chain
We got this chain for my son for Christmas. The chain snapped the 2nd day he wore it. Very disappointing. Now we have to buy a replacement chain. Otherwise he loved it. So that's why we gave it 4 stars...it could be more durable.
