This is the BEST! YUM! My family loves cheese biscuits. Hubby takes the cheese and cuts the round in quarters and seals it in the air sealer bags. Lasts a long time, not that it needs to around here. It is so good!

if you like cheddar cheese this is the product for you - sure it is 5 pounds but you can freeze some for later the taste is outstanding and if you bought the same product in a grocery store it would cost 3x as much wonderful product!!

Good flavor, good texture, not exactly what I would call "sharp."
This wheel fits nicely into my crisper bin, so I will not change it's texture by having to put it into the freezer.Not crumbly, so it cuts nicely with a sharp, narrow bladed knife.Definitely not what I would classify as SHARP cheddar.This is a very good buy for the money.From the picture, I didn't know whether I would get white cheese or orange cheese; I got orange.I suspect that the two colors in the image might be because their 5 lb. wheels may be made by more than one cheese factory.
