Winco Stainless Steel Bar Shaker, 15-Ounce

so i bought this without thinking too much about it.. it came, and it was SMALL!!!! smaller than what im used to. now, after using it for a good while, i dont want to go back to a bigger one. i can grip things much easier with this little babes and it just feels better in my hand, imo.

This cup is smaller than the regular ones that bartenders use but I have gotten good use of it! Love how I can stick in the dishwasher.

We got the first few of these a couple years ago, when we wanted to get stainless steel cups to use instead of glass or plastic. Cups marketed for that purpose were expensive, didn't always stack, and were only available about four at a time usually. These came as a dozen, and were as cheap as a 4 pack of other brands at the time, so we went with them. Came back today to order another dozen, since we've given some away, and are looking forward to finally replacing the last of some of our other cups with these. They take up so little space in our cupboard, and we have plenty to take to events or use at home. No more disposable cups on our watch. They also are very easy to wash and dry. My wife has made cozies for them (and keeps making more!) so that we can use them for hot beverages too. Definitely the best glasses around.

This 15 oz shaker does not mate with a typical pint glass. The rims are the exact same size as eachother and they will not lock. So you cannot use this with a glass type glass. It does however fit decently well with the 30 ounce metal boston shaker. So you can have an all metal boston shaker if you want to do it that way.I bought the 15 oz and 30 oz versions together along with 2 pint glasses. I wanted 2 fully functional boston shakers. Unfortunately only the 30 oz can be used with a glass, the 15 oz doesn't fit right.But that's okay, the 15 oz is actually great for creating stirred drinks, due to the nice angle on the sides, the ice doesn't get caught at all. I don't regret having it but it's not being used in the way I expected it to.

Simple design works perfect.

I leave it on the kitchen countertop and use it to fill the water reservoir of my Keurig and Mr. Coffee. The stainles steel looks nice vs just a glass.

I purchased this to use as the "little tin" with the  Winco Stainless Steel Bar Shaker, 30-Ounce . Here's the short form: noooope.- maybe there's variances in the manufacturing batches, but this one isn't anywhere close to a 3 5/8" opening diameter.- 16 oz. capacity is about right.- the small opening means the little tin sits way too far inside the big tin for use as an effective shaker.Oh well.EDIT: can't figure out how to add more pictures, so the one showing the opening as 3 1/8 isn't here, nor is the picture of big tin eating the little tin whole. Sorry.
