Product was previously opened, out of order and there are black hairs and some gunk on a couple of balls, will be asking for a new one will update after its recieved

The shipment came on time and in excellent condition. I haven't had them long enough to talk about results. Like any sort of exercise it takes time to see results so I'll write after I have had them for some time. The exercises need to be done every day faithfully so if you aren't willing to put in the time don't bother to get them.

I'm not really sure how these work since they are so large that there's no way it could fall out. I started with the heaviest one thinking I would work my way down in weight if it fell out and I literally jumped up and down with it inside of me and it wouldn't budge. Maybe they're just not for me.

So happy I found your product. My physicians office suggested another one but when I read about the cherry shape I knew I would purchase this one. Thank you.

A great product for all women. The recommendation is twice a day but it's a muscle and just like any other miscle, it improves with frequent training (use). I recommend this product to all women. !!

The size of the kegel "balls" was way bigger than I anticipated. All else is pretty much as advertised.

I am so happy I found these Kegel Ben Wa Exercise Weighted Balls. I really like the cherry shape and how easy they are to insert. I use them for about 20mins twice a day. I really like that they are color coded, but I also think it would be helpful if they weights were on the cherry or stem somehow.

These are a good little workout at first. Just got to get used to them. I am buying some for my niece who is having her first baby.
