I bought it a few months ago but only used 4-5 times, haven’t use it for a while and now that I wanted to steam my milk it’s not working. So sad. ☹️

I have purchased two of these from Amazon. I almost purchased a milk frother from Nexpresso (over $225.00) after I used it at my Friend's home. After I saw the difference in price, I decided to take a chance with this one. I was honestly surprised. There is no difference in the foam I get from this machine and that of the Nexpresso. The foam is thick and hot. I gave a second machine to my son and he loves it as much as my wife does. But BEWARE, once you make a coffee for somebody using this machine, you'll be making coffee every day. I end up making coffee three times a day for my wife and me. Try one, you'll love it I requested a replacement because the last one I purchased was incomplete. It was missing the power base. I received a replacement within days and a QR Code to return the incomplete unit via UPS. (I live in Panama and the QR Code can not be used here. My only option was to pay the shipping costs (over $125.00). So, I wrote to the company through Amazon and proposed that I would keep the frother and pay for it if they could send me the power base. After a While I received the power base and once AMAZON charges me for the frother I am supposed to return but instead I will keep, I will be the proud owner of another frother. It so happens that a very good friend will marry soon and I intend to give them the new, unused frother as a wedding present. Im sure they will love and enjoy it as much as my wife and I do. This is an excellent appliance a great addition to any kitchen that any coffee lover would definitely enjoy. BUY TWO, one for you and one for your best friend.

Update: so many things I liked about this, sooo quiet and efficient, But, after a year it just stopped. Buttons were worn off, but I knew where to push. Then, second hot/foam button just stopped working. So, back to very noisey Cappresso! this is my 3rd frother in 2 years. Its a keeper. Capresseo is the work horse, but high pitch noise drives me nuts in the am. Then, a cheap white number that kept over flowing. I finally spent the $40 for this one and I have had it at least 6 months with no issues. It beeps softly when it starts, small beep when done and froth is perfect. Cleans easily with sponge. My only irritant, which I overcame was the marks on inside of cavity to show fill lines is very hard to read. So I just cover the top of the whisk top with milk, which is perfect amount for latte. Only look at measurements when doing a different drink from my daily. Quiet and dependable and does NOT cost a fortune!

This is a perfect little frother and milk heater with a great price tag. It has 3 heat settings including simply heating milk and a cold function as well and options to make a little or a lot. The four separate buttons make it super easy to use. The stainless steel design looks great on the counter and it’s large cup makes it easy to clean.

This is a very nice item, works wonderfully. My only issue is that the white painted indicator buttons on the front come off with regular washing.

I love this little thing! I add my oat milk to the max line and heat it up. Then I pour most of it out, leaving enough at the whisking line. It’s got 3 whisking strengths and foams up oat milk so beautifully for my lattes! I also use it to mix my matcha green tea powder. I add water and matcha powder to the foam line and it blends it completely smooth. Then you can either pour it out and add your water/milk to the max line to heat it up. Or just add water/milk in with the blended matcha, to the max line and heat it all up! Give it a quick wash and your done! Just be careful not to get the outside too wet when you wash it- it is electric!

I have had this for some time now. I really loved it! Yesterday, it frothed its last froth. I really liked that it had four settings, and while I did really like it, after seeing the reviews today and understanding that I am not the first to experience the product having stopped working. I won’t buy again because I don’t want to have this happen to me again.

I have bought so far 3 hand held frother and 2 frother machine. The first hand held was pretty bad due to my arthritis. The other 2 was battery operated and lost its effectiveness due to loosing power and did not froth as well. This last machine I bought is like WOW. I cannot believe how wonderful it is to finally find the right one. If your looking for one please just try this one and you won’t be sorry. Don’t spend all that money like I did on items that did not work for me. Of course every one is different. I just know that I didn’t give up. This one is worth every penny. By the way the other frother machine was just not powerful enough.

Amazing product!! I’ve went through 3 other ones that were terrible… this one is the best so far
