Edit: 3 Months on, the bag has started losing shape, and even the rivets of the front pocket have started coming off.I wouldn't recommend this if you're looking for a durable & sturdy product that'll last at least a year, if not more.- - -June:It's a good product (touch short of great/ amazing), and here's some critical feedback:1. Size: Is optimum and almost perfect for who like to carry more than just their laptop in the bag. Easily accommodates all peripherals such as chargers, HDD, power bank, with still enough room for more like glasses, sunglasses, small notebook, etc.2. Compartments/ Pockets: Scarters has really put in their thoughts when planning and provisioning for the endless pockets, compartments, and slits. There's room for almost everything you can think of that could fit into these pockets - from the internal zipped pouch for your wallet, to outside pockets for your handy stuff. Full marks for that!3. Peripherals Material: The materials used for peripherals such as the leather handle belts, zipper strigs, shoulder straps, loop-hooks, and inside lining (laptop sleeve) are top notch. However, the main canvas material - while sturdy and tough - lacks the richness and lustre as it is made to appear in the pictures. Also, not to forget, the color variation for the brown variant (deducted a star for this).4. Packaging: The packaging was top notch, and perhaps, a bit OTT. But considering they mostly sell online, the suave packaging does offer a feel-good owner's pride/ satisfaction. However, that cost could be cut down a notch and further passed on to the product pricing.5. Price: While I purchased this through the Lightning Deal offer with 10% discount but, at about 4400/-, the pricing is a tad too steep considering it is not even a leather product. Picking up from Point #4, perhaps some excess/ frivolous expenses could be cut out and set off the high-price point by a few bucks.

My eyes were set on buying a laptop bag from brands like Fossil/Da Milano/ etc. I am glad to have stumbled upon Scarters.Pros:-• Versatile bag with waterproof material and leather handles/strap• It is fairly rigid and provides ample of protection• Well cushioned and has separate pocket sleeves for laptop• It is well padded without being overly heavy or bulky• The style goes very well with jeans or a good quality suitCons:-• NoneIt's a lot more than just a basic messenger bag built with excellent quality for such an affordable price. Puts renowned brands to shame that charge exorbitant prices for a far lesser offering.

Brought this product a while ago looking at their marketing pictures. While the product is good to see and feel...over time:The buttons / metal hole rings have rusted,The leather flaps that are attached to the zips curl opposite sides - an indication of poor qualityThe bag doesn't hold its shape - the bottom hard cover should have been sewed.No longer a pride to carry it along!

Bought my scarters in mid April, in two months the bag began to tear around the shoulder strap area.The bag also last shape within two months. I’ve only been carrying a 15” MacBook Pro and a couple of chargers.Very disappointed with the quality and it’s too late for a trade-in or replacement.

Bought this laptop bag after the leatherette of my lenovo thinkpad started to peel off at some places, being used for over 2.5 yrs. Was happy after unboxing the bag, the look feel and quality seemed very good.But to my horror i observed the bag tearing off around the handle. The quality of material must be very cheap for this to happen within a month of use. All my bags last for over 2 yrs minimum till i change them for something new or in case of wear and tear. This was neither expected and nor acceptable for almost 5 grand worth of bag positioned as premium. I barely walk 200 meters in a day while holding the bag through its handle. I liked the brand but greatly disappointed.Want a full refund. Not recommended.
