Got these to make homemade vanilla extracts and they are perfect for it

I bought these as we were finishing out laundry room remodel to store bleach and vinegar. I got so tired of the bottles the bleach and vinegar came in so I thought I’d give these a try. They came packaged very well with bubble wrap all the way around. I have not noticed any imperfections or breaks anywhere. They look beautiful with the liquids inside and the labels that I created. I love how much more organized my laundry room looks with these added and how much more functional these glass jars are compared to the crappy plastic containers. I will say they are kind of a pain to clean by hand as you can’t get your hand in there and instead have to just slosh the cleaner around inside with some water but thankfully I don’t foresee me needing to wash them often since I’m just using them for laundry needs.

I brought these to store my detergent and they are nice and sturdy but not too heavy.

They are half gallon glass jugs. Kinda hard to screw that up. One thing of note for wine and mead makers. The neck is just a hair too small for a standard ranking cane to fit. You can force it, but I would advise against that. You will need to use just the hose and start it the old fashioned way. Just wrap some muslin cloth around the end to filter.

I guess I don't have a good idea how big some of these sizes are. But that's on me. However, I did drop one of them, and the cap popped off and cracked. Thankfully, the glass container didn't break, but I'm bummed about the cap.
