This honey is a revelation. Ultra-premium. So unique. Other raw, unfiltered honeys have been somewhat grainy and dense, almost like a wax. This one is incredibly smooth and creamy. It has a delightful floral smell and taste, It has more flavor than any other honey we have used, and it is just SO good. Flavorful, but not overpowering. The floral notes linger in your mouth like a good treat should. I am particularly excited about the amazing health benefits of this particular honey. I highly recommend this honey. You will not be disappointed. I think in time this will be known as the absolute best honey on the market because it really is! If I had a "no star" rating available, I would've chosen it. This pproduct is not a honey at all - it is flowing as a water. Firstly, the package arrived wrapped up thoroughly, but after I unwrapped it it was all covered in honey (not closed enough?) Secondly - the consistency of it was of he water instead of that viscous similar to real honey. Please, if you want the real honey, go with Manuka from Comvita. That's the real stuff!

This is the most expensive honey I've ever bought to treat myself product was covered in Honey super gooey sticky Mess disappointed I could have got a huge amount of local honey

I love this honey! It's so creamy and different from anything I've tried locally. It has just the right amount of sweetness so that the flavor of the blossoms come through. It has a nice floral aftertaste that I bet would be good in tea or on pastries or desserts, but so far, I just like eating it by the spoonful. Super fast shipping and well packed product. I've never heard of Ulmo before trying this, but this one is a keeper and I will definitely buy again.

I wrote a review for this product but it wasn't published so I am trying again: This creamy and delicious honey is awesome! I tried Manuka 10+ and Manuka UMF 20+ and I like this Ulmo honey better. It tastes great and I bought 3 more and will buy again in the future. I would have given it 10 stars if possible. The service was quick and very professional.

This is a greatly unique product that can be used on a variety of different foods. I like that SoCo is far more spreadable than regular honey, and with its different flavor profile it can be used on a wider range of products as a substitute for; honey, butter, or jam. I also appreciated how fast and professional the vendor was in shipping the product that was exactly exactly as described in the posting.
