Been using this product over a year. I have noticed my hair thickening and is growing all different lengths and still growing mid 40's. I was pleasantly surprised that this product works on my hair and have given my son some to try out. I have not noticed any difference on nails but my hair has definitely grown thicker with many different layers as I tend to leave for the odd 2 months of a year so that you can see the new growth easier.
