Q: Where do you print 1.8 x 1.3 photos?

I print them on my printer on cardstock and cut them so I could place them on the photo inserts

Q: Would 2 pieces of glossy paper fit back to back inside this?

Yes. As long as you dont use really thick paper you should be fine. I used 2 pieces of regular copy paper and had lots of room.

Q: What do I use to scale the pictures down to fit in the frames?

You can use any program you want. I just use powerpoint because it is easy. You know the size of the frame so i just draw a rectangle that size to use as a template. Then insert the picture into the powerpoint and make it fit into the rectangle. I find it easier than using photo programs and you can save the document to reuse as needed. You can also print multiple pictures on one piece of paper. Also, regular copy paper works in the frames very well. I just made the template twice as long so i can make a front and back then fold it over to insert into the frame. I also found one edge of the back of the frame may have a little bump on it that prevents it from fitting well. It scrapes off easily with a pair of scissors. The keychains are a hit with my team at work.
