I just got it today and was wondering about taste because of lots of reviews saying it’s taste terribleSo I don’t know yet about future benefitsBut I know it’s very delicious to meI was shaking it gently up and down and rolling it at the same timeAnd it was delicious and nothing like describing it in the reviewsMaybe because they didn’t mix it well and correctlyOr maybe they are too picky but I am notIt has a sweet mandarin orange like taste with little taste of “Purality Health Liposomal Magnesium which I really like and eat instead of candy :))Which lots of people don’t like that magnesium taste but it is most delicious dessert along with “Purality Health “ Liposomal MushroomsIt’s like best deserts ever to me :))I am on low sugar diet and these are not only sweet without sugar but very tasty to me personallyI cannot get enough of it and eat lot more than suggested dosage because of addictive tasteOf course Purality Health is different companyBut they have similar tasteThe only I didn’t like Purality Health probiotic taste because they didn’t make it sweet and delicious like magnesium and mushroomsSo I cannot say that about all products but only some of them that taste greatAnd Dr. Mercola’s Liposomal Vitamin C is delicious alsoI bought one just to tryNow I am going order more because I can’t afford Purality Health Liposomal Vitamin C and I don’t know how it is taste because it’s crazy priced and only 15 dosesBut this Liposomal Vitamin C from Dr Mercola is affordable and I believe same or even better than other one

Much better to mix it into water or juice.It’s very thick and has a strong taste that catches in your throat if you take it straight by the spoon full.But it’s all natural, and Dr Mercola has a good reputation. And lipisomal vitamin C has a very high bioavailability, which means that much more of it is absorbed into your body.

Update: Been taking since it arrived. After a couple of days I started taking it twice a day and I have not noticed a difference. What has been on my mind is the sweetness, why all the sugar and I just noticed it contains sunflower oil. I cancelled my subscription. I purchased two bottles, one approx half done. Going to natural remedies as much as I can, beginning to realize most supplements provide no health benefits.Cannot speak on effectiveness since it just arrived yesterday, however, I wanted to comment on the taste.The consistency is like a syrup, I licked the seal to taste, not bad. Measured 1 tbsp and drank it, it’s a little citrus and sweet, it’s actually good enough by its self. Earlier today I poured it into my drinking bottled and surprised I didn’t really like it. Tonight, I prepared my Acacia with two tbsp and poured the Vit C into that cup and that mixture was great! I’ll update on the quality and effects at another time in the future Lord willing.
