Using it since last 18 months. The quality is really very good and cleaning it is very easy. The ones I used earlier were hard to clean but this one you just need to pop out the cap and once done slide it back in. Battery backup is really commendable I hardly need to charge it, I go without chargin it for more than two months but yeah that would depend upon your usage. I get really close and smooth shave, rotar head is very strong and protective mesh is seem to be stainless-steel as its going strong. It's so slick i can carry it in my pocket if I had to. Definitely value for money.

My Trimmer is not working properly with battery issue and it's under warranty but not getting proper service from VGR Whenever I am contacting them they are saying this product is not under us contact to VGR India seller and while checking on Internet for customer service they are providing info about the Same Worst service

Machine works well on small length hair of 2-3 days beard.Its good on regular shaving but not very effective on clearing a little longer length hair of 5 days beard as it takes time to shave a little longer beard of 5 days.

compact for travel, powerful motor for small size, smooth shave, for stubble OK, for clean shave NO, included a spare foil for the main shaver, worthy purchase. As soon as I received it EOD I went to work. Self explanatory usage, didn't even read the manual, didn't even put to charge, just powered on & went to town, beard & moustache shave was done in 5min. In my excitement I forgot to take a before pic. I have somewhat light growth so it takes a few months for growth to reach an inch, thereafter it slows down & takes 4-5 months to reach ~2 inches. This is my experience based off 1 inch growth. My advice : I wouldn't recommend this for anyone with thick growth, it's just gonna clog & pull, which is not a good experience. For anyone else with ~1-2 inch growth, first start with the side trimmer to remove all the hair, then the main shaver to finish. If you want clean shave then follow up with manual blade shaving which should be quick as it's only fine stubble. Once you are done shaving use the provided brush to clean the unit outside & inside by removing the main cover. Nice of them to include a spare foil cover for the main shaver. For my usage, it was a worthy purchase. I hope it it lasts a long time, but then again it's technology, so only time will tell. Cheers!

I bought VGR shaver, it stopped working after two months. When I contacted to customer care they are saying to ship product to their address. It's their shaver which is not working and they want me to spend money to trasfer the product. Product was good Service is very bad.
