Broken connectors!!
Arrived with 2 connectors broken as the pictures attached. I super glued the plastic to the broken connectors. And I drilled a hole in the plastic. Actually the pictures are after pasting the plastic.After the repair, I was able to install it firmly enough on my laptop. I wanted to give 1 star because they shipped the battery with 2 connectors broken (I think it is because the packaging was very safe), but the battery itself works well so I gave it 1 more star.

Battery didn’t work in my system, got error message
After installing the battery and booting up my laptop, Windows displayed a “battery not supported by system and will not charge” message.The original battery I tried to replace has the following part numbers:ASM P/N 45N1702FRU P/N 45N1703
