I was skeptical of the reviews. However, I’m glad I took the chance because this backdrop is really cool. It makes the colors pop with my black sand. I ironed it out on the silk setting which was no big deal. It is a fabric type and not the shiny plastic (I think that helps it give it a not so fake look). I ended up using my own tape as I could not get the backing off the tape that was provided.

Poor quality image, product feels like cheap cloth, not vynil, adhesion is four double sided peices of tape, would not recommend, I feel ripped off and mislead from the sample images and wording of the product sold to me.

This stone aquarium background isn’t your typical paper or vinyl—it’s made of a cloth-like material, which was a pleasant surprise. It’s easy to work with and gives the tank a more natural, textured feel.While the print isn’t quite as sharp or vibrant as it appears in the photos, it still adds a nice three-dimensional effect and really enhances the overall look of the aquarium. A solid upgrade from standard backgrounds, especially if you’re going for a more realistic vibe.

The print quality is lovely, the image looks very realistic, and there was more than enough to cover the back of my aquarium and then some. The only issue is... it's not waterproof. When the aquarium filter was kicked back accidentally, the leaking water caused the ink to bleed. It only affected the top, so it's not very obvious. But I always know it's there. I think the black slate pattern I chose helped obscure it a little. However, if I were to buy one of these again, I'd spray the whole thing with waterproofing before attaching it to the tank.

I like it and it was easy to install. How it holds up, I am not sure yet but it should be easy to remove if you end up not liking it.

I thought this was a joke when I opened the package. This fabric is see-through, cheaply made, extremely fake looking, and not to mention, NOT made for aquariums, as advertised (aka false advertising). Aquariums get wet frequently.. and when this fabric gets wet it will start to smell of mold and mildew. Not even worth the time and gas to take it to a return favor. Worst background ever, would not recommend.

Does not have a good printed pattern on it like the photo. It's not crisp and dark like expected. On the tank it kind of just looks grey.
