Perfect for red rice fried rice
The quality is good, tastes good too, and I use it to make fried rice to pair with kimchi, scrambled eggs, and pack lunch to work. It doesn't get dry or soggy, or feel gritty even after staying in the box or refridgerator for hours at a stretch.

It’s sticky rice but so nutritious and yum
I had bought this rice on the insistence of my children who love this sticky rice …we had it after boiling in open vessel ( didn’t take long ) and it perfectly complimented with Thai curry , stir fry etc . Since it’s unpolished which is the RIGHT WAY to consume rice besides it’s fibre rich plus organic and from a brand I trust I shall BUY AGAIN;)

Time Consuming
The rice has a good taste, but it takes a long time to cook as the grains are quite firm. It requires maximum cooking time to soften properly.

Shocking discovery
The brand of red rice is colouring the water red while boiling. Which is to say that it is leaving colour in hot water . So am certain it is not authentic and that it being organic in nature becomes suspect . As have known no natural rice / grain to leave colourwhile boiling . Hence seems it’s been tampered with in an attempt to colour it to give rice it’s red colour . Taste and texture is fine and natural .
