This perfect pen holder is super light weight, sturdy, and holds pens, markers, what-have-you in a convenient cylindrical shape. Woven Calamoideae rattan adds a lovely touch of nature and beautiful texture. I hope that the rattan was harvested sustainably and that countries and states realize their greatest wealth isn't economic, it's natural resources, which make more money in the long run being developed sustainably instead of exploited unsustainably. I hope my purchase has helped an emerging market and not contributed to destruction of habitat. As the world hurtles towards becoming uninhabitable for the human species, I will cherish this beautiful pen holder.
