Why did you pick this product vs others?:This review is a little premature as I will be using it for the first time this evening. I chose this grill because I liked the design from a functional and aesthetic perspective. I currently have a pass grill, a Ninja Wildfire grill and a pizza oven. Crazy? Yeah probably. I was pleasantly surprised at the initial quality of the product during setup. Setup was quite easy. I received mine via freight so I had to get it to my backyard for assembly. I am 67, male, (incredibly handsome (just joking…or am I?) and in good physical shape. I was able to figure a way to get it to my backyard on my own. I tried the rotisserie and it worked. I will try the electric charcoal starter this evening. So for now I will give it 5 stars. But, I will update along the way as I gain experience with it.UPDATE: my first cook last night. It took longer than expected. Not the grill’s fault but I likely didn’t use enough lump charcoal. I haven’t grilled on a charcoal grill in a long time so I’m re-learning things I knew as a younger man. I made marinated chicken, grilled Caesar salad and rotisserie whole pineapple. The electric ignition work (better than I thought it would). However, it did take longer than advertised. Hope this helps.

The media could not be loaded. Good quality product. It's a good barbeque for price and quality with multi purpose. I will it would be fully close to reach full capability with roasting and etc.I have tried for lamp rotisserie but it's is too small for a lamp. Or you somehow find a baby lamp to achieve this goal. Rotisserie length is 38 inch about 3 ft

Well, I wanted to love this grill, but I've only been able to use it three time successfully. After the second time using the electrical arms went out of balance, one arm was lower than the other, and this is where the trouble began. I contacted support, and they sent new arms under a few weeks later. Then no one showed for about a month to fix it, then when someone did it almost seemed like it was someone from Taskrabbit. The service guy stripped half of bolts, broke the electric ignition, and ultimately could fix it then left it in pieces. So I managed to find a weekend to put the mess together cut off some stripped bolts and install the new arm fwehhh....Finally, the new arms worked, what one will do for a kebab. Then the following weekend after lower the arms.....well again one of the new arms does not go up....and the ignition does not work...support has ignored my request and now I'm stuck with a really expensive charcoal rotisserie supported by a car jack. Save your money.

Excelent product, 100% recommended

I've owned this for about two years now. I didn't buy it from Amazon as I found a sale at another online retailer. If you like playing with fire and coals this is really a lot of fun. It made one of the best prime ribs I've ever cooked. You control how hot the fire gets using a charcoal rake. The first time I used it I realized it doesn't take nearly as much work as I thought. Once I got a good hot bed of coals going it was on auto pilot. I put the meat on one side and used the other side to ignite new coals, much like an Argentinian style grill. The build quality of this is top notch. It arrived via freight in good condition with no dings. Shortly after I purchased this one the newer model with the automatic height adjustment come out (Hub II). Not sure if it's really worth the extra money though as I rarely adjust the height. The manual model works just fine and fewer things to go wrong. I would recommend this to a friend.

Reset expectations: Definitely NOT primary outdoor cookware, NOT going to get smoke flavor, NOT going to get long cooks -- must watch and refuel frequently --Fun for those who entertain and want the visual...

DO NOT BUY. Amazon and Everdure customer service are GARBAGE. The rotoscope arms don’t retract or extend fully as pictured. Asssurion won’t help. Everdure doesn’t answer phone or email. Amazon totally unhelpful. Waste of $2000. Will never purchase from Amazon again.
