I bought this black light initially to clean yellow plastic, but I was pleasantly surprised by how versatile it is. The light is very bright and illuminates everything in its path. I have used it to find pet stains on my carpet, and it works like a charm. The fluorescence stickers are glowing in my children’s bedroom after 5 seconds exposure - kids love it! The light is also very lightweight and easy to carry around. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a high-quality black light that can be used for a variety of purposes.

These lights are very powerful but do not underestimate how much power you will need for a large room. The pictures above were taken in a 14 ft. X 14 ft Space in a barThe light was suspended from the ceiling giving a downward light at 45° For a dancefloor you may require three or four of these units. You also need to keep outside lights away from the area for best results.Heatsinks on the back of the lights get very hot almost too hot to touch. I purchased this for exposing screens for screen printing.I was using a 3kw metal halide bulb to expose screens for screen printing. This was taking 3mins and 44 seconds to expose a 90T screen and it wasn't always successful, due in part to old emulsion.I purchased the 100w UV Lamp and fitted it into my Exposure Unit and now consistently expose 90T screens in 2 mins 40 seconds.Excellent for my needs, reduced the cost of exposing screens by 30 times.

The light itself is very bright for the small room where I used it. Glad I bought the 60W not the 100W. Great value for money. The light itself is solid and looks strong, would have got 5 stars but for the switch on the cable which was poorly fitted (the wire was slightly too thick, causing it to bulge a bit) and of course not waterproof. Why sell a sealed outdoor lamp and put an unsealed cheap little switch on it? As someone else commented - if you want to use this outdoors you'd have to cut the switch off and fit a new plug.

Bought it for my daughters Birthday party. Was eager to give it a trial beforehand as during my search there was mixed reviews of UV lamps and ability to light up a big room. I didn’t need to worry as this lamp was fantastic. It lit up up the room and all bright colours were intensified brilliantly. Build quality is good. Could be used outside if you shielded the 3-pin plug. Cable entry is glanded and chassis is sealed, so weather resistant. Can’t fault lamp so far. Really effective and my daughter and friends loved the UV themed party!

I wanted to use this product for a party. I didn't check it worked in advance. When I plugged it in and switched it on, it tripped my fusebox. It is clearly faulty, although it appeared fine when I received it. I can't get a refund due to the strict 30 days return window. It should be under warranty! Why can't I get through to the seller on the amazon website???

Great black light I used it for my daughters glow party and it was perfect. Good size bright light and has an in built stand which is very useful. Like all of these lights it will get hot after prolonged use so just be mindful if you have toddlers about. Excellent good customer service. Would definitely recommend.

yep this is very bright and produces lots of light. good value for money and seems well enough built. i will probably buy more in the future.the only thing i dont like about this product is although the unit is waterproof the switch on the power cable is not, so if i want to use it outside i will need to rewire it. also the power cable it comes with is very short.
