The sound is great I where one at time so I can hear what else goes on around me plus you get more time to use them. Very comfort to where. I love them.

One EarPod didn’t charge. Had to be returned. Thoroughly disappointing.

Listen I was super excited for this because I've looking for earbuds that are loud for music but amazing for calls. Like when I have my kids in the room when I'm on the phone and it doesn't sound like I'm in a parade in the background I was super excited to get there until I found out that you can ONLY ANSWER THE PHONE WITH THE RIGHT EARBUD ONLY!! WHY!!? SO WHEN MY RIGHT ONE IS CHARGING AND I HAVE THE LEFT ONE IN I CAN NOT ANSWER MY CALL VIA TOUCH BECAUSE THE LEFT ONE DOESN'T ANSWER Calls? I Don't understand these have everything I was looking for except answering call from either ear buds 😩😫😫😫😫😫 !!

I liked a lot about these headphones, from the sustainable packaging and small size charging case, to multiple options for earbud sizes and ease of pairing with two devices at once. The SOUL app helps adjust the sound profile to match what you're listening to (jazz, vocal, etc., or custom settings) and allows you to turn on/off the ANC feature. I generally struggle to find earbuds that do not hurt my ears, and I would say after a few hours these started to feel a little tight, but not until I'd worn them for a while. The touch sensors for changing volume and starting/stopping a song take a few tries to learn where they are, but are ultimately very convenient. Will use these a lot!

First of all these headphones aren't crisp enough sound wise yet alone the hell I went through to just pair these to my phone 🙄 telling you that you need to download an app just to use it not knowing that the app doesn't even exist on Google Play. ( For those who have Android ) quality of sound is crap. On the app you can adjust the sound but.. to me it all sounds the same. Don't waste your time.

Comfortability 7/10 : They feel light weight and are fit snugg to my ear without any sort of pressureSound quality 6.5/10 : Out of the box these sound very flat, muddy, and pretty lifeless. But after messing with the eq on the app I was able to get a decent sound out of these but these don't really do a good job at separating different sounds. They also start sounding distorted at higher volumes.Anc 6/10 : Don't expect to get sony quality anc but these do an ok job at blocking out ambient noise, not necessarily voices/conversations.Other features: these don't pause music when you take out one or both earbuds, these do come either an app to use use the anc, transperancy mode, and eq but that's pretty much all you can do in the app.

Comfortable, lightweight, and easy to use! Love the charging case (holds 4 charges). I use them for working out, serves my purposes perfectly.

Great headphones. True to color, matte beige. Convenient and protective charging case with magnetic closure. The headphones fit snug in your ear and stay, something I usually struggle with. Used them for strength training and cardio with no issues. And they really are noise canceling. Kept turning them off accidentally while putting them in first time using them but easy to use in the end.
