This way exceeded my expectations!!
I bought this because it was cheap and I saw it works with iFIT. I bought my first one sometime in 2022 and then I bought one for my husband in May of 2023. I workout six days a week for about 2 hours and wear it every time. I did not expect it to last as long as it did because it was so cheap. My Nordic track treadmill will adjust the speed based on the heart rate monitor and I’ve measured it with multiple watches and they are either the same or within one or two. It just died on me this week but no worries. Now I’m using my husband’s. He doesn’t workout very often so he won’t miss it. Also, it goes a long time on the same charge. I maybe have to charge it twice a month. I haven’t kept track because it’s not very often when compared to how much I use it. Anyway I’m so happy with this product. I figure if it lasts two years and I buy three, that about equals one that iFit sells to go with their equipment and it gets me through six years. Who knows how long iFit’s would last. I doubt it would be six years.

Accurate, and Comfortable
Update:I accidentally washed Fitcent heart rate monitor in a load of clothes. I thought that was the end of it, but after charging the unit It turned on and works as well as ever. The band needs to be replaced but it seems to have handled it. We will see if water leaked in and will eventually kill the battery but I'm impressed.Works well, accurate, convenient compared to a chest strap. I really like the heart rate alert that will vibrate to let know your are redlining without having to look at computer while keeping battery saving mode in computer.

Nice heart rate device
Paired very easy with the Specialized Mission Control app. Seamless telemetry integration of my heart rate data with my Turbo Levo TCU 2 ride data. Heart rate data seems accurate based on my level of effort and inline with trail features, i.e. ascents, descents, flats. I have recorded @ 3 rides and everything has worked flawlessly. Battery life is good (but there's a catch mentioned below). Charging dock is nice and easy to use - I like that it's magnetic so it can just hang from the charge port, doesn't need to be on a level surface. I like the color of the strap, makes it easy to find and strap is comfortable.A few things that could definitely be improved...1.) Longer strap. I am unable to wear it around my upper arm. Might not be an issue for slender builds but is for avg to larger build. I wear mine on my forearm but would prefer on my upper arm.2.) Missing auto-shutoff feature - I realized this after my first ride when battery was completely drained for next ride. If you forget to turn it off after use the battery will be dead next use. Should auto-shutoff after 5min of no heartrate input.Above two reasons are why I give 4 stars and not 5. I would still purchase again despite these issues and I recommend this product. Overall, satisfied with this heart rate monitor.

Great Heart Rate Band and Great Customer Service
I've been using this heart rate band at least 3 times per week for the last 5 months, and I can say is a good product, I've compared the accuracy with other bands and it is accurate enough, the best thing is that is so simple to strap it in your arm, better than those chest strap heart rate monitors. I had an issue and the company reply pretty fast solving the issue.

Save your money
Doesn’t work. I tried four different apps and was never able to get the monitor to send information even though it was Bluetooth connected. A one month return policy is no good when the company encourages you to troubleshoot bc now it’s two days too late to return. Save your money!

Great alt to chest strap
After about six months of heavy use battery is failing after 90 minutes. Chest strap was irritating my skin and this does not.Updated - seller replaced defective unit immediately after I let them know it was not operating correctly.

Should've researched more
This claimed to work with Strava but did not. It does collect data on your phone but there's some super tech wizardry apparently that's needed to make it work. I eventually found the original vendor site where they had initially tried to sell them for some outrageous price over $200 but had since dropped that way down. For me since it wasn't able to do what it said on a plug and play basis it wasn't worth it. I wasn't comfortable with jail breaking or other activities that were in my opinion over the top to make something work.
