I've tried the Pad Thai and Lemongrass sauces and both exceeded my expectations. I am looking forward to trying the next four that I selected. These are the kinds of sauces that I enjoy making from scratch, but the ease of just opening the packet is pretty seductive when the results are delicious. Easy, easy way to make a quick, tasteful dinner with chicken, fish or tofu. Great way to turn leftovers in the fridge into a real meal. I love Saffron Road :-)

These just arrived today. The masala sauce was super yummy. Just the right amount of spice and heat. I had it with some pre-cooked pork tenderloin and steamed broccoli and it made it zing. I’m so glad I have subscribed to these products as they’re a great way to add flavor without adding a lot of calories and way easier than trying to make it at home by yourself. I would highly recommend these sauces, even though the pouches are a little small. I saw the carb count on some of the other flavors is a little bit high in sugar, but I can always add curry, cumin, or yogurt or even blended cottage cheese to correct that. Looking forward to trying the other flavor soon.

I prefer a butter chicken sauce, but do love the tangy flavor of tikka masala. I don't handle space very well, so I make these with either coconut cream or heavy cream, lots of butter, pinch of sugar and then simmer potatoes and veg, and serve with rice and naan. Once in a while I simmer ground beef and veg, since my husband does so well with red meat.There are a lot of ways to enjoy this, and I find it quick, easy, fresh and always delicious. Takeaway is so expensive now, delivery is outrageous, so this is a great way to enjoy some of my favourite cuisine at home. It's quick, easy, delicious and a better deal for sure.

All are GF, Tika Masala contains milk, the other 3 do not. Great sauces for those of us with food sensitivities. Can’t eat in Asian restaurants because of little to no GF choices, so this is great to have these. I use Udon rice noodles and makes a nice base for an Asian dish.

Love all of the saffron road flavors!

Not bad but I'll have to say the Kevin's brand sauces are better tasting than this one. The tikka masala flavor was the best one in this sampler pack, though a little spicy for me. I had high hopes for the pad thai as I even got some pad thai noodles just to try this sauce but it tasted nothing like the pad thai noodles I've had from restaurants in general.So yeah, these are not horrible but for a little bit more money, I rather get Kevin's sauces instead.
