I just started taking these and honestly I feel great! I'm much more relaxed both physically and mentally!

The Kirkland Group at the Mayo Clinic has shown that the natural enzyme CD38 usually destroys all supplement-provided NAD, NMN, NR, etc., before they can be used for NAD+ synthesis in the cell. IMHO, the best strategy for an NADH+ energy boost is to take daily 100 mg doses of liposomal Apigenin, which suppresses CD38 and protects the natural precursors of NAD+.

It's not cheap versus other brands but this one is the real deal. I don't know what other brands are selling but it's not as good as this.

Apigenin is hard to absorb so encapsulating it in liposomes is key. I experience the benefits much more than traditional Apigenin supplement. Highly recommend this to everyone. You will feel the difference

So after listening to Huberman, I got this right away. I do "believe" it helps me sleep better but I don't have any metrics to look to. If it's all in my head so be it, I'll take it if I believe it to improve my sleep quality.

Apigenin is supposed to be a calming agent and possibly help with sleep, especially when combined with specific other supplements. I've been using it for about a week--no apparent effect. That doesn't mean the product is inferior, it just means that my system hasn't responded. Yet. Will continue to use.

Recommended to my and happy I found it at a reasonable price
