Worked perfectly with no damage to tool or bottom bracket.
This bottom bracket tool worked perfectly. I secured the tool on one side by using a washer and the crank screw but could not do this on the other so just held it in while using it.My bottom brackets were very tight. I used the tool with an Amazon Basics 10-Inch wide mouth adjustable wrench. Even then I needed the help of pouring a kettle of boiling water over the bottom bracket and then tapping the wrench with a hammer to finally release the bracket. After doing this the tool and the bottom brackets both looked perfect with no damage to the teeth at all. I would happily recommend this tool. ... Remember the chain wheel side is a left handed thread.
