Verbatim is a reliable brand, I only use Verbatim DVD and now Blue Ray. Never had burning problems.
This is the first time I have burnt a Blue Ray. I used the disc to produce a wedding video. Picture quality was excellent and stable. However, if you have a lot of HD footage authoring and burning can be a lengthy process. Provided the source material is good but well worth it for the end result.
