This 365 by Whole Foods Market Organic Sweet Chili Sauce has quickly become one of my favorite pantry staples. It strikes that perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and mildly spicy — flavorful enough to elevate a dish, but not so hot that it overwhelms everything else, and I'm not one who can too much heat. The sweetness hits first, followed by a gentle kick that keeps things interesting. Not too thick, not too runny. It coats food beautifully. Works as a dipping sauce, glaze, marinade, or drizzle. My favorite uses are on baked salmon, chicken, roasted cabbage steaks, and brussels sprouts. Also good to note that it's very budget friendly. This size bottle will last you through a few meals.

Flavourful

Flavor is great - sweet and a little spicy. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that it’s a little thin - it would be better as a dipping sauce if it were thicker. Still worth it for the flavor.
