This is an EXCELLENT slicing knife, makes everything seem like soft butter! The size is great for large cuts of meat, i.e. brisket, large turkeys, ribs, etc. It is even a good choice for slicing sheet cake. It comes with a protective sleeve that’s great for storage and has a clean design and nice even weight.

This knife is so sharp it cut through our prime rib like butter! Be very careful when you wash it!!
