Q: What's the pin description?

Black -> GND; Red -> Vcc; Blue -> Tach; Yellow -> PWM The color of Tach and PWM may be different among different batch, it is all to the actual products.

Q: Does it work on nano 2GB?

The seller's answer is incorrect (incomplete). From Nvidia: Initial units of the Jetson Nano 2GB Developer Kit without wireless networking adapter (PN: 945-13541-0001-000) do not have a fan header already stuffed at J7. So if you bought the kit with the wireless networking adapter, you should have the fan header (mine does). It's directly behind the ethernet jack. If the header is not there, you can solder one in place yourself (the space is there, it's just not installed).
